Refund policy

At The Beauty Pharm, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering quality products that help you look and feel your best. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it better.

 

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our beauty and personal care products, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons. We do not accept returns unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Submit photo evidence of any damage or incorrect items to thebeautypharmacy@icloud.com

 

 REFUNDS + STORE CREDIT

If your claim is approved:

  • You may receive store credit or a replacement item, depending on availability.
  • Refunds to the original payment method are only issued for lost packages or items proven to be defective upon arrival.

 

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once your return or refund has been approved.

 

 

 ORDER ISSUES

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local postal office first.
  • If it’s still missing, contact us within 24-48 hours so we can investigate and assist.
